Blocked callers on Win 10

I seem to be unable to block callers on win 10. I have reverted back to Wp8.1 update 2 and setup all my blocked numbers. If I upgrade back to win 10 will all my blocked numbers get imported.

Any help much appreciated.

I would assume those things won't work properly until 10's ready for prime time.
Considering many other things are still broken like Glance and stuff, it'll be a gamble I think.
