I'm thinking of picking up a Blu Win Jr LTE but want to ask the community a question first: Is it possible to install Windows Insider on this phone and then upgrade to Windows 10 mobile preview builds? Or is the Blu Win Jr LTE blocked from the Windows Insider program. Thanks.
