Microsoft should be sued because I bought 4 Blu WIN JR LTE Phones with the promise from Microsoft that they would be able to upgrade to Windows 10 and now we are told that they are not allowing this. Ever likely people are deserting Microsoft in droves.

I'm sure the 1GB ones will eventually as the OS improves, but as it goes the processors are the more important part. Your best bet is either "deal with it" or sell them on.

They already said there is no second wave. the released list is just it, except for Lumia Icon.
