Blue fuzzy spot on screen

In the upper right hand corner on white screens. Is this burn in? Any way to get rid of it?

Mine is on the upper left. The blue elements are the more delicate ones, so it's likely, IMO, Samsung's factory tuning failed a bit on our devices.

I use a blue theme, BA, but nothing on my white screens, although I've only had my Focus for 3 months. I do recall someone tipping us on how to get rid of burn-ins here -or certain burn-ins. Good luck on yours.
