Bluestacks install error

I just got a Dell XPS 13 2 IN 1 with windows home. I am installing bluestacks and I get a message about incompatible Windows settings. I go to the faq and do everything it says about hyper v. But I get the damage over and over. Is there something else in Windows that I need to set?

Run "System File Checker" and restart your pc then try to install Bluestacks.
Open "Windows Powershell" as admin and write "sfc /scannow" after it completes restart your pc.
Now try to install the program.

If problem persists, then try to install in "Clean boot mode"

You can try using this Microsoft Fix to see whether this sort out the problem for you. This Fixes the problems that block programs from being installed or removed.
