Bluetooth Car Audio Problem

If i'm on a call in my car and i'm using my stereo to listen and talk back to the Titan, when I turn of the car and it switches back to the Titan, the person on the other end cannot hear me! I've tried toggling bluetooth and speakerphone while on the call but no luck. If i get back in the car, turn it on, and have it connect again, they can hear me fine through the car. It seems like the bluetooth stack has a problem switching btw bluetooth and the phone. I just want to see if it's only happening to me. Its happened quite a few times.
