Bluetooth Voice Navigation not working?

I have never been able to get Boice Navigation to work properly through Bluetooth. The latest build on the fast ring, unfortunately, did not resolve the issue. Has anyone been able to get it to work?

Are you using the microsoft Maps app? Is cortana enabled with the correct speech pack?

Voice navigation doesn't work for me either with the latest build and newest Maps update.
It just mutes the music and is followed by silence.
