Bottom 2 or 3 inches of screen jumping

Over the last 2/3 days i have started noticing the screen (just the lower 2 or 3 inches) is jumping.
I have looked thought the forums and google and i did think that i saw the same issue marked up as flickering but when i looked more into it this seems to be a different issue.

I have the latest drivers and all windows updates (probably the issue but what choice do you have with win10)

Is anyone else seeing this and do we know what the fault is?

I'm guessing its the drivers but i don't know

im starting to worry with so many view and no responses than i may be alown with my issue. please even if you dont have any help let me know if you have or have seen the issue.

Having spoken to Microsoft support today they have confirmed its hardware failur and they are replacing the device
