Bought a new computer cant log in

Hi, so my new computer just arrived from Littlewoods Ireland. But there's an account already on it and I don't know the password for it so I can't sign in

Looks like a returned computer, as @T Moore has stated you're better of returning it and getting another computer. As chances are the Windows Key has already been attached to a Microsoft account.
