Bought your Lumia recently for $299?

If you recently bought your Lumia at an att store you should be able to get the $100 different by calling their national customer support. I bought mine almost a month ago and I was able to get it back. Doesn't hurt to try if you exceeded the return policy. Good luck!

I called the att store I purchased it from and I couldn't get a hold of any person so there was an option to be transferred to the national line. I'm sure you can call any support number on att website

Wouldn't recently qualify as anyone who purchased it? The phone just came out. Also, I did get a bill credit but it wasn't $100 and they fought me tooth and nail for what I did get from them. Best bet would be to make sure that they are aware that you don't want the ENTIRE amount of the difference but just a good will credit. Worked for me in the end.
