Broken light?

Hi all
My <- (arrow back) on my L1520 turns it light on and off. It stays on for a while and then turns off again. The function of the button works regards of the light being on or off. It has happen after I installed DP, so it might be a problem with that. Anyone who has tried this?

Is it only the back key that turns off, or do the Windows Start key and Quick Search key behave the same way? If all of these three behave in the same way, then they could be "responding" to ambient light differences - where they would turn off when the ambient light sensor detects enough light. Try going to a much darker place and see if there's any difference in behavior.

No its only the back key that turns off completely. All three do react to light

I see. What OS version and Firmware revision number does your L1520 have?

I've just gotten Denim and dropped the DP but the light still turns off
