Bug after amber? electronic / dance genre cannot be pinned to start.

Before I flashed to the amber update I could have pinned Electronic / Dance. Post amber update I cannot. I can pin other genres. I can pin Electronic / Dance on WP 7.8 as well (just tested).

Any idea what's going on?
