Build 10061 does not show on my windows update

My netbook used to test it do not show build 10061 update.
I turned to fast ring since its upgrade to 10049, any solution?

Try clearing your update cache and do another search.

Have all updates for 10049 succeeded in your update history?

I had to re-enable fast ring again. You might want to recheck it.

However, 10061 isn't as stable. The start menu, cortana and modern apps often crash or act up.

For me 10049 almost unusable now with 10061 everything seems much better. With 10049 everything loaded painfully slow, store didn't work properly web browser locked up constantly both Spartan and IE. Now the speed is back and web browsers work nicely and store beta apps works as intended.

Another issue on my surface pro3, it successfully updated to 10061, but it fails to update store beta from grey one to blue one
and now it crashes immediately after opened splash screen

I'm not sure how people are running this build stable. The modern app system, start and cortana seem to be problem filled.

I'd recommend if people haven't upgraded yet to stay on 10049 but if your curious it's stable enough to get by with some frustrations.
