Build 15060 Stuck at 32%

Am I the only one experiencing this issue? I have two laptops (An ASUS X455LF with an i3 5th Gen and DELL Inspiron 11 3147 with a Celeron N2830) both under Build 15058. I was able to download and as of writing, installing build 15060 on the ASUS but the DELL is stuck at "Preparing to Install Updates 32%).

I haven't done any troubleshooting as I am waiting for the build to successfully install on my ASUS.
