Build Lumia 920 downloaded Network+ update and now bricked?

I don't know if it's related or not but I just show that I had 3 updates on my Lumia 920 (which is a Build Developer Edition phone). I think they were Evernote, Nokia Network+, and Nokia Cares. I downloaded the Network+ and then set my phone down. When I came back to it minutes later it was at the nokia start up logo and now it won't load past it. I've tried holding down the power button but it won't shut off.

Follow up
Performed a soft reset (volume down + power button for 10 seconds) and it booted fine. Maybe this is a part of the known reboot issues that portico fixes.

I have a developer edition also but I have not seen any software update. Do you know if there is somewhere to download it off of the net or nokia website?
