However, there is not friendly enough to setup the Call forwarding features on Windows Phone:
- When the user turn call forwarding on, CFU is activated by default, the forward all calls box is selected, the other boxes are unavailable (It's gray). At this time, the user can not activate other call forwarding.
- The user deactivate CFU, all check boxes are available and thus select the feature box to activate CFB, CFNA or CFD. Next, the user activates the CFU, then deactivate CFU, at this time, CFB, CFNA or CFD box has also been accidentally erased (in fact, CFB, CFD or CFNA is still actived). It is easy to mislead user.
- Call forwarding Directory Number (the Forward calls to box) can only specify one contact or a new number. If the user needs to specify forward-to number for each forms of call forwarding, that's very difficult.
