Call of Duty: Black Ops III's newest teaser video is all about upgrading humans

Activision has released a new, and long, teaser video for Call of Duty: Black Ops III. It doesn't show any gameplay from the upcoming first person shooter, but it does set up what will likely be the central theme of Black Ops III: the augmentation of humans.
