Call volume through headset is very low

Hello, IM facing a kinda strange prob. The earphones they supplied along with L920 are decent and music volume loud enough. but when I try to talk somebody through the wired headset supplied via voice call the call volume is very low, yes, i've increased the volume to the max possible to 10/10, but still the same prob persists.. What would be the solution..

Funny but that seems to be an issue for me as well. I cant always proprly hear people on the other side.......

i have the same issue. they were able send me a replacement, but the new phone had the same problem. i think that is how the phone was made. I'm looking to drop ship this phone and move to SGS4.

Kick on Hearing Aids in Settings. It makes a difference

I tried every possible set of settings under audio settings. What you are suggesting to change?

Turn in hearing aids. It is a stand alone setting. Is this a volume or crackling issue?

It is just a volume issue, no crackling whatsoever..

I've found a solution to this problem...if you're using a earphones supplied with the phone then just pull out your earphone just a little from the phone and you'll get full volume audio while calling
