Call waiting

Unable to get the call waiting notification. Can anyone tell how to set it up?

Go to "Settings"-->"Extras"--> "Network Services"
Select SIM and you'll get the option to enable" Call awaiting"

I have the same requirement but I cant see the Extras option in my setting list , can you suggest ?

which device and OS are you using?
Try a soft reset first

Windows 10 with latest build on Blu Win Jr LTE .. Already did the soft reset and hard reset
