Camera App Crashing

Hey everyone,

I don't know if this is the spot to post these kinds of app glitchy things but I just got a 1520 unlocked.

Camera seemed to have worked fine out of the box. Although I didn't notice Microsoft has an auto updater, now I don't know if my Nokia Camera app has been updated because the app keeps crashing.
When I go to it it just immediately shuts down. I haven't downloaded any extras for the lens.
I've tried reinstalling the app a few times and still no luck

If I download another camera app it works so my camera is a non-issue.

Has anyone ran into these problems before with only the Nokia Camera app crashing?
If so how was it resolved?

Hey Jazmac,

No I don't believe I've installed that. Although i'm not entirely sure what Microsoft updated when it did its auto updates.

Could having Folders installed create a conflict with the Camera app or does the app need to be there to make Camera work?

I don't see folders anywhere on my app list so unless it's a built in feature somewhere hidden I dont think i have it.

*Update*

I installed the Folders app although it doesn't make a difference.
Camera Nokia app still not loading at all and keeps crashing.

Any thoughts would be great!

This issue is now fixed.
I have reset the camera itself inside the app settings.

fixed it.
