Camera Issue

Hi everyone, my camera has been acting up over the past couple days out of nowhere. It is having trouble focusing on anything and when the view finder is open the image is constantly swaying back and forth even when set on a flat surface. I have tried resetting the phone and trying different camera apps but it is still having problems. Any ideas what could be causing this? I included a video to show what the swaying looks like. That's weird! Could have something to do with the image stabilization feature of PureView. Have you tried the stock Camera app?
