Camera will not turn on

My wife's 820 will not let her open the camera. When you hit the icon or the button, the screen goes black for an instant and goes right back to the start screen. It never opens the camera. It did work at first when she got it but now nothing.

If you turn the 820 off then back on will the camera initialize? The camera may have a conflict with an app that's been installed.

No, it will not. I am not sure if it did this before I updated the firmware as well as after. She did not know either.

I think it has to do with this sd Card problemes, just restart the phone and the camera should work
