Can a Verizon Lumia 735 be used on AT&T?

I recently switched to Verizon and purchased Lumia 735s for my family, but have had so many billing problems in the 5 weeks I've been with Verizon that I'm thinking of going back to AT&T. Would I be able to use the phones I currently have or would I have to use something else? If I have to, I'd just pick my parents up a couple of 640 Go Phones as replacements. Any help would be appreciated.

They will work but I'm not sure they will get LTE and MMS probably wouldn't work.

No it will not. Verizon is a CDMA network and AT&T is a GSM network. Pretty sure the LTE bands are different too.

but VZW's LTE phones are also GSM capable and unlocked. (see Icon)

I had a feeling that the LTE bands would create a problem and after comparing them on Microsoft's webpage, that is indeed the case.
