Can anyone help me unlock a 1520?

I am trying to sell my old 1520 (i have a 1520.3 now) and most people want it unlocked. Unfortunately ATT will not unlock it for me since I switched to TMO. If any of you are out of contract, it is a really easy process. It takes about 5 minutes to key in a few things on their website:

Try chatting with dudes on this site. AT&T Wireless Travel & International Support - Make International Calls
Tell them that you bought your phone from Microsoft store and you are already in UK and need this phone unlocked ASAP.
Give them a valid AT&T account number claiming as yours. (They do not have means to verify that.)
YMMV but it worked for me.

Theunlockingcompany.com was able to unlock my ATT Lumia 1520. I tried cellunlocker before that, but they weren't able to get a code for me. ATT Lumias seem pretty difficult to SIM unlock.

Crazy I thought it was the law they had to unlock fully paid for phones now. I move to Tmob and a year after I did I had an old aTT phone that was not unlocked. I called them and they unlocked it for me.

FRAUD ALERT
at&t watches for this type of activity. it is why they have you verify the account.
and they DO have a way to verify.
I would HIGHLY recommend NOT doing it this way.
