It's no longer applicable. Some handsets are able to upgrade to this OS version, but most aren't. If it's not offered as an upgrade to your device, then I would simply wait for Windows 10 Mobile (or get the preview).

Will Insider help me to do gdr2 instead of w10 p?

If I'll update OS to 10 then will it deletes my all data and games /apps like asphalt????

It will upgrade your phone, not clean install a new OS

your games will be kept but if you want to play dont install WP10 yet. it does not support full screen apps so games don't work properly
