Can Battery 2 charge Battery 1?

I mostly use the screen while detached, but it's battery life is quite short. Can I recharge it by attaching it, while on the road (not plugged into AC)

Nope. The batteries dont charge each other

You just have to use it with the screen flipped and base connected and you use both batteries. You can connect the power to the clipboard only. If you could find one of those external chargers people use for phones that has a plug that matches the surface it might work.

Mike Gyver has some external battery products that they claim work. A bit pricey.
