Can Bing Search features replace full-fledged apps like CNN, Flixster, SoundHound, and Groupon?

I really want to use Bing features more (accessible via search button and gesture swipes), such as movies, trending videos, top headlines, and whatnot, but I don't know how good they really are at replacing apps such as CNN and Flixster that are full-fledged apps with Live Tiles. Do you think these built-in Bing features are better than their counterparts?

I think you would be better off pinning the dedicated apps to your home screen.

While I agree with you there, I prefer everything in one place, as I have an 8X and have limited memory.

bing is pretty reliable for visual searches such as bar codes, QR codes, etc.
for audio searches soundhound is the best!
