Can Cortana repeat what you say?

I would like to get cortana speaking to Alexa, by repeating what I say in an infinte loop, just for lols. All AI should be friends.

Doesn't look like anything is available currently but maybe someone is working on it. Thought it could be rather pointless. The last time two AI talked together they created their own language...

I heard somewhere that when two AIs speak, they talk in machine language and they make fun of humans!
