Can I downgrade onenote preview in Win10 JTP?

I found that onenote preview is not as good as that in windows 8.1.
Can I use Windows 10 onenote without preview version?

Yes. Install if from the Store.
Or if you're talking about one that came bundled with an Office version, yes, install that.

yeah I mean the app version, not the one in office 2013.
I uninstalled the preview onenote and download it from green windows store again.
But it still installed preview version for me again, why?
