Can I get WiFi calling on my Windows 8 phone, nokia lumia 635

I work in a basement where we have wifi but no cell service. I can receive calls, so I was wondering if I could get WiFi on my Windows 8 Phone, Nokia Lumia 635 ( ATT)

WiFi calling is carrier dependent and as of today, AT&T does not support WiFi calling. You should try reaching out to AT&T support to see if they can send you a micro-cell for your apartment.
