Can i install Windows 10 DP on my L925 ? if yes what are the steps ?

Yes you can. (By the way, its Insider now, not the DP - this is less finished than the DP was)

If you have to ask what the steps are and cannot find it on your own, its likely you should NOT install it at this time. You need some degree of comfort with troubleshooting and restoring the phone to 8.1 if the need arises.
