Can I run GTA V on HP Pavilion 15?

The other day I was wondering if my laptop can run GTA V at HIGH to Medium setting with considerable FPs (30-40).

My specs are:

1. 12 GB DDR3 RAM

2. 2 GB VIDEO RAM NVIDIA GT940M

4. i7-5500U at 2.4GHz

Here are the specs for the game, maybe able to get away with medium with various tweaks as you have a GT940M which is a midrange notebook card.
