Can I set the windows calendar items to no color

I want to use the calendar app that comes with my windows 10 on my PC. But the item have colors. It is possible to change the colors, but I wanna have the items without any color. With colors my calendar is visually very busy and everything has the same visual 'value'. What I want is a calendar without any colored item and that I can manually add a color to specific items. Just like it is possible in the Google calendar app.

have you checked in settings? Or right clicking the calendar and choosing colour?
