Can i still get Windows 10?

Hello! I have upgraded to win10, when it was free, and my pc was kind of slower( because i didnt do a clean install) and i downgraded to win7 x64. And now that it is not free anymore, im wondering how i can get the win10 back installed, considering that i have my microsoft account with the license from the win 10 on it? Can i some how get it back installed legally? Thank you in advance!

If you had upgraded your device during the free offer, you are eligible to upgrade it again (on the same device). I can't find the source article, but this is what I had read somewhere.
