Can i upgrade my phone to windows 10 ?

Can i get windows 10 when it will be available in the market ?? Means Will microsoft giving windows 10 upgrade in nokia lumia 1320 or not ?

The Lumia 1320 is available for the technical preview, so at the moment I don't see why not.
