Can I upgrade to windows 10 on surface pro1 now?

I bought an used surface pro 1 2 days ago and it runs windows 8 so I'm asking if I can upgrade to windows 10 or not ?

The time for the free upgrade has expired. You can still get W10 free. Here's link from HTG! You Can Still Get Windows 10 for Free from Microsoft’s Accessibility Site
