Can I use IE 11 Metro on windows 10

I loved using my tablet with windows 8.1 and was going to buy the whole family (3) the new Surface 3's but it seems Microsoft has given up on the tablet market with Microsoft 10. I guess the desktop is making a huge comeback but that's never going to happen in this household. Maybe 8.1 is supposed to be the tablet operating system and 10 is for desktops? Maybe no one is buying the surface product? Good to know.

I'm afraid we'll have to wait for Edge to mature a bit.
