Can i use my lumia 640 xl as PC

Hey, i have lumia 640 xl, yesterday i watched video of lumia 950 xl. It was using as pc and also attached a mouse in it... I want to ask that if there is any possibility of using my phone like lumia 950 xl..

No. The 640XL doesn't support Continuum. The only devices that support it are the 950 and 950XL.
