Can I use Smart View 2.0 with Windows 10?

Windows Central Question

I have already had to revert my Laptop to Win 8.1 for support issues for some programs and now my main PC will not connect to smart view 2.0.

I think I will give win10 a miss altogether as I am wasting so much time.
