Can make calls but not receive

Hi, i can make calls ands send sms messages but can not receive them.
My carrier is Tele2 (from The Netherlands) and i am suppose to be switched over on monday (because of the new micro sim).
But sinds yesterday i was able to make calls but can not receive them.
I am also able to use mobile internet.

The 1520 is an international import phone from Germany.

Anyone any idea of what might be the issue?
Maybe something i have missed?

Did your carrier tell you that you need to wait until the new SIM arrives? If so, please let us know if you are able to receive calls/SMS once you get the new SIM.

I already have the sim card sinds 2 weeks but i was transfering from one carrier over to this one.
I was on Orange first but they only have nano sims so i had to switch over to Tele2 for the micro sim.
The sim card has been in my phone for a while now and sinds yesterday i was able to connect to my carrier and make calls but not receive them.
The same goed for receiveving sms messages.
I can still make calls and send out sms messages and go on the web.

I have looked into my settings and everything seems fine.
I have removed the sim from my phone and re-insert it in but will not work.

Problem is solved.
Messages and calls where re-directed to my old sim card.
Everything works fine now.
