Can my team share the Business plan 2 account or do we need our own?

I'm looking to get a cloud storage to share with my team of 16, I like the look of Business plan 2 but it's not clear how it works with sharing, I would like to know if I bought the Business plan 2 could I share with the rest of my team for all our storage or do I need to buy 16 Business plan 2 to make it work?
