Can not answer calls in my 2013 Taurus anymore using Synch

I have ford Synch. I could answer phone calls until 3 weeks ago. Now it starts to pick-up and then nothing. I have an I-6 phone. I have tried my wife's I- phone and same issue occurs and it did not before either.. Checked blocking/Do not disturb and it is not on. Caller sometimes goes to v-mail or sometimes nothing. No problem with making calls out. Help!
