can not sinc itunes on my pc with my new 920....

I need help, can not sinc my new 920 with my pc/itunes, get a message that windows stopped, and no solution, while trying to sinc, the itunes pages opens, (have no idea if this is normal...please advice...i want to keep my lumia soooo bad...but loosig faith...

Thnks very much for your reply...I have done that since day one and I get to the point where is trying to sinc. It gets to the music files and the moment I hit sinc, takes 10 seconds and get the message that the windows phone has stopped working...(.as soon as I get the message to conect the phone I do it and my itunes library pops up, is that normal?)
I have also done 2 hard resets, to see if that clears the problem, but nothing....very irritated...i have no stuff right now on the phone,, no pics, no videos, no music, no apps.
