Can this phone be used on networks in the UK on 2G and 3G?

It is all dependent of specs. As it's a Verizon device, it will need to have the chips enabled for international use for it to work. Verizon's network and our UK network have no similarities.

These specs show it will work for voice, but 3G is limited to 900/2100
