Can someone review my logs to see what's wrong with my Windows 10 Startup Repair?

When I try to install the next Windows 10 update, my computer gets about 50% done with the process (please do not turn off the computer, restarting multiple times), and it is stuck loading on the startup screen after restarting. I tried to use Startup Repair in Advanced Troubleshooting options, but it says there's an error. So I went to the logs to see what it is, but I don't understand what the error is. I posted my logs in a google docs document. Thank you for the help.

also, how are you trying to do the startup repair, from computer, from disk or what? did you try doing a system restore to a restore point prior to the update?
