I don't see it
for one, the current Nokia-made apps like the pro cam, smart cam, nokia music, etc will all most likely open up to non-nokia windows phones users as well, so that's good for them
on the other hand, this also means that there won't be more of such amazing apps
I don't see why/how MS could provide us with an experience comparable to what we've loved from nokia
