Best answer: Yes, the Surface Dock 2 is capable of handling dual 4K displays at a 60Hz refresh rate. It can also handle dual 5K displays at a 30Hz refresh rate. The Surface Dock 2 should be compatible with any Surface products released in 2017 or later.

Anyone get this working yet? I have Surface Book 3, Surface Dock 2, and two USB-to-HDMI cables (advertised as 4k@60Hz, Thunderbolt 3 compatible on Amazon) connected from the two USB-C ports on the back of the dock to the HDMI 2.0 compatible ports on my monitors. I'm only getting one of the 4K@60Hz. The other monitor is only 4k@30Hz. Ideas on getting this working?
