Can the 830 shoot in 2k?

I understand 4k is beyond its megapixel count and processing power too I believe, but what about 2k?

Nope, 1080p only.

Yep 2K is is possible. 2K = 1080p.
And it's not about the megapixel count "camera sensor" because the "sensor" can do it but the processor can not "handle" the large amount of data you get during 4K.

You're right, I forgot about that. 4k = 3820x2160, 2x = 1920x1080.
Never seen it being used though since it's usually always referred to as 1080p or FullHD.

I meant 1440p 2k not Full HD, sorry... But I guess that answers my question
