Can the Lumia 1520(ATT) get LTE speeds on T-mobile?

Or is it just 2G(Or 3 g at best). I know Wikipedia is not the most accurate so I am confused as to which I should buy

ATT is using bands 2/4/17 and T-Mo is using 2/4/12...

Band 17 is a narrower version of band 12. (17=b/c blocks of 700 MHz, 12=a/b/c blocks of 700 MHz).

RM-940 (ATT) and RM-938 (Latin America variants) have the exact same LTE radios: bands 2/4/5/7/17

I had my 1520.3 (RM-938) on T-Mo in 2014-2015 and had no issue getting LTE.
