I've been curious about this...

AFAIK it's only available on mobile devices, however I remember seeing a photo once demo'ing a tablet of some kind running a fully blown app version. Searched for it shortly after, and on occasion and still haven't been able to find it on the Microsoft Store for desktop computers...
